Who we are

Accentuate the Positive is a boutique firm with experience in residential, multifamily (for-sale or for-rent), vacation properties, retail, and office spaces. Our name was chosen to reflect our emphasis and our outlook. We believe that every space should flow harmoniously in form and function. One not forsaken for the other. We are problem solvers. We understand budgets; how to set them, and work within them, while not compromising your ultimate design goals. We set and respect schedules because getting you into your finished space is our top priority.

We are based in Cottonwood Heights and Salt Lake City and while most of our work has been in Utah, we are willing to travel.
