My training style is a culmination of seven years of learning what works for clients. I combine functional fitness, interval training, and weight training in creative ways. As my client, you will never do the same work out twice!! My specially designed, ever changing workouts help you challenge your body as I help guide you to listen to your body and create your BEST BODY. Additionally, I offer hands on knowledge of nutrition. I instruct you on how eat by inspiration, assisting you in finding the types of foods that fit your body’s needs so that you feel satisfied, energized, and inspired.
In 2002, after having 3 kids and approaching 30 years old, I was tired, frumpy and overweight. My goal was to look better at 30 then I did at 20. In twelve weeks, I transformed my body losing 40 pounds and 20% body fat. I was inspired to help others, especially women, create their own fitness success story! Eight years later, I am still passionate and continually learning new and exciting ways to motivate and encourage my clients to find their BEST BODY.
I want people to feel empowered, motivated and energized! I gently urge my clients to become more aware of their bodies, learn to listen, and honor themselves and what their bodies need physically and nutritionally.
I LOVE seeing clients challenge themselves beyond what they think they can do. I love their new found confidence in the way they move and look because of adding physical activity as a priority in their life. By learning to understand and honor their bodies, my clients tap into their inner core strength. I love supporting my clients through this process so they can unveil their BEST BODY.
