The product of Joe’s experiences as a competitive athlete, a Personal Trainer, and an individual coping with back pain is a simple philosophy that has served him and his clientele well: the better you move the better you perform. As your body advances to more correct patterns of movement and proper ranges of motion: the more you will excel in your chosen physical endeavor, the more you can prevent injuries or bounce back following an injury, the more you can control and manage your pain, and the healthier you will be. It all culminates in awareness and education. The more you know about your body and how it is meant to move the more capable you are of improving it.
